The core team brings in decades of experience to make healthcare easy and affordable for every individual.
Rashmi is an Electrical Engineer from NIT Allahabad with over three decades of experience spanning electrical systems design, ERP consulting, and enterprise application development. She has held leadership roles across BHEL, Uptron, Datapro Electronics, and KPIT, including running Smart Energy Meters as Chief Operating Officer from the ground up. She now leads Health Smarttech as Managing Director, bringing the same operational rigour and people-first leadership to healthcare technology.
Pankaj is an Electrical Engineer from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, with over four decades of experience across industrial control systems, enterprise messaging, and storage technology. He has led profit-centre operations at IBM, Selectica, and Uptron, and built pioneering digital solutions for the maritime industry, including an app-based platform for launch boat operations and a ship authentication system, both recognised by port authorities. Today he advises start-ups on building strong governance without losing sight of the core business.

Dr. Sundararajan holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University, USA. Across a four-decade career he has launched innovative products in medical instrumentation, industrial process control, and enterprise IT, holding senior and board positions at companies including DCM Data Products and Selectica. In 1993 he was recognised by the Government of India for his tamper-proof 3-phase energy meter design. A charter member of TiE Pune, he now mentors early-stage entrepreneurs.
Sachin holds a degree in Pharmaceuticals and an MBA in Marketing, and has spent over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry in senior roles at Centaur Pharmaceuticals, Indi Pharma, and Alkem. He has led teams of 1,000+ across strategy, sales, and brand management, helping transform several brands into top-10 movers in their category. He is a three-time recipient of the Best Performing Brand Gold Award from Awacs, and co-author of "Decoding A Brand Manager's Success."
